Piling installation is one of the most important aspects to the strength and stability of your dock.  The proper size and length of piles, along with the proper depth of the piles set into the river bed ensures maximum survivabilty from the effects of hydraulics from excess water and wave action caused by hurricanes.  The longevity of your docks pilings can be greatly increased with our double wrapping technique.

Decking choices today are numerous in both wood, synthetic and composite materials. In wood, we recommend "Marine Deck" radius edge decking, superior in both looks and durability.  Composite and synthetic decking has greatly evolved over the past decade with authentic wood grain textures and in an array of colors,  We feature "WearDeck" high-density polyethylene decking.

Size does Matter  We recommend a minimum size of 2"x10" caps and stringers for the dock's structure construction.  This size of cap and stringer allows for multiple bolt fasteners at piling locations with plenty of surface area to maximize the cap and stringer structural integrity.  In conjunction with an increased size of construction materials, we recommend complete stainless fasteners:  lags, washers, screws, hurricane clips and nails.
